Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all transactions, quotations, diamond memoranda, and supply agreements entered into with MeenaDiam (HK) Ltd. ("MeenaDiam", "we", "our").

MeenaDiam operates as a specialist diamond cutting atelier, sorter, and wholesale merchant supplying loose natural diamonds to bespoke jewelry houses, watchmakers, and qualified trade buyers internationally.

Every stone supplied by MeenaDiam is a 100% natural, earth-mined diamond. We do not manufacture, cut, polish, or trade in synthetic, laboratory-grown, or treated diamonds.

Diamond carat weights, dimensions, color grades, and clarities are determined through master gemological measurement in our workshop or by recognized independent gemological laboratories, predominantly the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

Online inventory listings, parcel photographs, and rough stone renders on meenadiam.com represent current atelier capabilities and past commissions. They do not constitute an open unilateral offer to sell.

A purchase agreement is formed only when:

• The client approves a formal commercial quotation or parcel specification sheet.
• MeenaDiam issues a signed pro-forma invoice detailing stone parameters and settlement terms.
• Required Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation is verified.

All wholesale prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), exclusive of local destination customs duties, import value-added taxes, or handling fees.

Payment must be made via direct telegraphic transfer (wire transfer) to MeenaDiam's designated bank account in Hong Kong. Goods remain the legal property of MeenaDiam (HK) Ltd. until settlement has cleared in full.

Given the value of natural diamonds, all international deliveries are made through accredited armored logistics providers, including Malca-Amit, Brink's, or Ferrari Group, with full door-to-door transit insurance.

Delivery is considered complete once the recipient signs the armored carrier's custody manifest. Destination customs clearance is handled in accordance with the Incoterms specified on the commercial invoice.

Trade clients receive an inspection window of five (5) business days from confirmed delivery. During this period, parcels may be inspected under standard gemological lighting and magnification.

To request a return:

• The client must notify MeenaDiam in writing within the five-day inspection window.
• Parcels sent in tamper-evident security cassettes must remain untampered and sealed.
• Return transit must take place through the same authorized armored courier service with equal insurance coverage.

MeenaDiam strictly adheres to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and the System of Warranties established by the World Diamond Council. We source rough stones exclusively from non-conflict production areas.

As a registered precious stones and metals dealer in Hong Kong, MeenaDiam maintains rigorous anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing controls under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615). Trade clients must submit corporate verification documents prior to high-value transactions.

All high-resolution parcel photography, facet diagram layouts, proprietary cut specifications, and brand marks displayed on this website belong to MeenaDiam (HK) Ltd.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or republish these assets without written permission from MeenaDiam.

These terms and all diamond sales agreements are governed by and construed under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from our commercial engagements.
